detachable keyboard keeps disconnecting

My detachable keyboard keeps disconnecting at the slightest shaking of the screen; for example if i touch the screen, it will disconnect my keyboard and refresh the page which is not very efficient and i lost a lot of data because of that. it also disconnects when i change the tilt of the tablet, and by that i mean if i push the screen back or tilt it forwards. Its even got to the point where it will disconnect if the tablet that its stationed on shakes...... is this normal? can someone help if they know how to fix this? (i cant return this product bec its out of stock- and i bought this 3 days ago)
