When replacing HDD w/ SSD: which drive is which in the enclosure?

I intend to replace the main OS-installed drive in the 2x 1TB Server Mac mini.

When I crack open the case to replace it, how will I know I'm replacing the correct one?

Is the primary drive (with the OS installed on it) the first one in the stack?
