My web cam doesnt work?

Sounds like you need to update or install the driver. If you're not too computer savvy, try iObit Driver Booster - it automatically searches for and installs/repairs drivers.

If you would prefer to do it manually, go to Control Panel>Devices and Printers>Device Manager. If you see a bunch of 'unknown' items in the list that should pop up, that means that those items are devices without drivers. In that case, you should go to the webcam manufacturer's website and download the driver for the correct model webcam, and install.

If you do see your webcam in the list, then the driver might be disabled or corrupted. Check to make sure it is not disabled by clicking on it. There should be a drop down that will say something like 'disabled' or 'working'. If it's not disabled and still not working, uninstall the driver itself and then restart your computer while connected to wifi, this should reinstall the correct, uncorrupted driver.
