Vertical red and blue lines... what can I do?

I have a 46" Samsung LED TV that shows blue and red vertical lines over the entire screen. I have already replaced the T-con board to no avail. I then replaced the motherboard, which seemed to make the picture clearer and lines dissappeared on start up but reappear when the TV warms up... what's my next step? Should I just trash it? Really don't want to considering I just wasted over $150 on replacement parts.
