My cp turn off even with full battery, why don't it work?
I have a gateway model MT6728. I have tried changing the original battery with a new one and stir have problems with using it. IT shuts down after about 5 minutes after booting up.

Hi, Can you hear if the fan is running? Can you feel the air coming out of the fan vent? Is the vent clear and unobstructed?
