Verical single red line. Only used 4 months
Please help guys. I bought a brand new Samsung UN75JU7500 UHD Tv. Had it professionally calibrated. Used it without flaws for about 4 months until all of a sudden while watching TV a vertical red line appeared. Singled vertical red line.
The vertical red line is bright and starts from the top goes almost to the bottom where it gets dimmer and ends.
So far I've done the following.
Factory reset.
Tried different hdmi and sources.
1 important note. Red line is behind tv menus and cursor. In other words cursor appears to overlap the line if you place it on top of the line.
Please help me resolve this issue as I can't take it back to samsung even though it's under warranty. Reason. I've shipped it out of North America to a remote island in the south. Now I'm stuck with it.

@oldturkey03 please see these pics and let me know which one is the t-con board , just want to make sure. Before I proceed. Btw, I have taken out all the ribbons cables and reseated them.

Yea Belize reef. Got satellite and internet. In this day and age you can't live without net. (Remote enough for me)
Since my tv is a north american model, assembled in mexico. I found a samsung part shop online and they have pretty much everything for my tv in parts even the panel which costs more than 3k.
Hopefully it can be fixed.
I've seen many videos on YouTube and from the looks of it. The ribbon cable you are talking about are simply placed on the panel with glue. Are those the ones I'm looking for ?

Try changing HDMI cable with a good one some HDMI especially cheap ones can cause this problem
