Why my bose soundlink color won't update?

1st issue was been when my SLC won't turn on, i was find an way to turn it on bac it's just plug and unplug the ac adapter, then i was find a thread about update my SLC... ok my computer see the speaker, find an update but after 10% my SLC just disconnect and the same moment i hear a small sound from it.
