I have left my iPhone 5s in a draw for over a year and I went to use it today. It has no damage on the outside and is in perfect condition yet it will not charge, turn on or connect to iTunes. I left it in the draw after i upgraded my phone but now it will not work. Solutions please?

I would suggest taking it to the store where you bought it from or Apple service center and let them have a look at it. It may be that your phone needs a new battery because the old one was dead for too long. I remember something similar happened to my Ipad. Hope this helps.

The first thing to try would be leaving it on the charger for several hours. If it's been sitting for a year, then the battery has been drained to a level where it can't even display the low battery icon. Leave it plugged in all day if you can and see if you get any life.

What happens if it does not work after that?
You could get another battery that already has some charge, and install that in the phone, in case the original battery has gone bad.
If the phone didn't get any physical or liquid damage during that time, the battery is the most likely culprit.
