Here is a cut and paste from the email iFixit sent me on the topic:
Screen Pricing and Product Code Update
We are changing product codes on our iPhone displays. We recently released an aftermarket line of iPhone displays, which allows us to offer competitively priced parts with the iFixit Lifetime Gaurantee. We still offer a premium, or "Choice", quality option as well- that isn't changing. What is changing is the product codes associated with each type of screen.
Our aftermarket displays are now listed under the following product codes:
iPhone 6 Plus LCD Screen and Digitizer: IF269-001
iPhone 6 LCD Screen and Digitizer: IF268-001
iPhone 5s LCD Screen and Digitizer: IF124-001
iPhone 5c LCD Screen and Digitizer: IF126-001
iPhone 5 LCD Screen and Digitizer: IF118-000
Our "Choice" displays are now listed under the following product codes:
iPhone 6 Plus LCD Screen and Digitizer - Choice: IF269-044
iPhone 6 LCD Screen and Digitizer - Choice: IF268-053
iPhone 5s/SE LCD Screen and Digitizer - Choice: IF124-049
iPhone 5c LCD Screen and Digitizer - Choice: IF126-035
iPhone 5 LCD Screen and Digitizer - Choice: IF118-054
For a quick reference, you can always check out the Live Price List, which includes pricing for our most popular parts and tools.
If you have any questions regarding these changes, please contact the iFixit Pro team so that we can help you out!

I'm finding issues with both and I've only had a handful. I keep getting discolor spots and ghosting on the ones that aren't choice and discolor spots on the choice ones. I know the warranty is there, but doing the labor again is what kills me more.

Interesting. It might be helpful for folks if you could link to an image of what you’re seeing. My non-choice screen didn’t show any signs of discoloration or ghosting, the colors & vibrancy just wasn’t up to the Apple OEM standards I was expecting.
For what it’s worth, I found the process of swapping screens to be very straightforward. The images in the iFixit tutorial we’re helpful, especially the color coded screw highlights, and the included tools worked well.
