NAND Flash Removing and using SDCard as nand flash via .pit odin

My friend told me if the nand flash of my old phone was bad sector,long time i not using this old phone,my grandma gave it to me, so i flash a .pit from google and flashing it with firmware,and its workin propely,but this device is restarted on cwm and say memory corrupt on cwm,so is that okay if i remove the nand flash? Is my phone dead after remove the nand flash?
