will not connect to phone via bluetooth
My phone will connect to other divices but not the soundbank z3.

Hi @rk_marie ,
Have you tried resetting the speaker to check if it will then be seen and pair OK
Insert a paperclip into the headphone socket to press the reset button.

Hi, can other phones connect to the speaker OK? If so what is the make and model of your phone?

No phone is able to connect to the speaker the name won't even pop up on my phone to pair
