My phone stuck on itunes during recovery,is it because of ic

iphone 5s, during the recovery with the itunes it stuck immediately before completing the recovery, my phone had been recover before but all of sudden it stuck and cant complete the recovery by itunes, is it the malfunction of flash memory ic.

more than likely, its just a software glitch. Put it in recovery mode and try again. If that doesn't work, go for DFU mode.

Phone would likely to stuck when it almost finish restoring ios. help me...
