Email app using MORE THAN 1GB

My iPad with mobile data. iOS 8.3.4 is using very heavy email memory. It's racked up 1.3G!!! I got just an iCloud account logged in, but I don't even use it much. My main email accounts are in my iPhone, which hardly use 200mb, but this sucker has 1.3GB! Tried restoring, tried deleting account. Tried everything except restoring without emails. Hope I made this perfectly clear?

Any solutions?
