Service Issues! Lycamobile not working! Help!

An active lycamobile sim wrks in several other phones including a galaxy s7 on verizon that isnt even unlocked. It is a GSM/LTE service and the sim is active and working. But a customer of mine needs it to work in her LG Stylo TMobile and Galaxy s4 Verizon that is unlocked. When i put the sim in those however, it doesnt work. Just says no service in the LG and unkown SIM in the S4. I have tried editing the APNs, networks, etc. If youre familiar with this service and this type of situation, please help! I am out of options. Thank you!!!
