I have a iPhone 6 plus.

My microphone does not work on speaker mode calls, but it works on normal calls, WhatsApp voice messages and front Videos.

What part do I need to change on my phone? The microphone near the back camera?

If you're trying to talk on speaker phone and it's not working, you may need to replace your Front Camera Flex. Here's the Guide to repair it.

But why is the back video recording not working?

Also the Whatsapp Voice massages are via the front Camera microphone and they are working.
