Touchscreen won't respond after liquid damage

Hello,

My iPhone 5S fell into the water from the touch screen does not respond.

I switch the screen but the problem is not solved.

Then I clean up the motherboard with the ultrasonic cleaner in a bath of isopropanol but, it did not work.

I think change the chip screen, do you think it will solve the problem ?

It looks like a Touch IC failure. You should get the chip replaced. Its not a DIY job.
