Which is the exact model of SSD?

I bought a second hand Macbook Pro 15" Retina Mid 2015, after a while it started having problems with the Hard Drive. I went to an Apple Store and they confirmed that the Hard Drive inside the laptop is not the original so, they can not fix it because it has non Apple components.

I already asked in an Apple's authorized store because I thought they were the last chance to get an original MBP ssd, but they wanted to charge me more than 760 €. So, I guess my last option is to buy one from Ebay, and that's why I would like to know the exact SSD model for my equipment.

Here is attached a picture where you can check the SSD model installed in my laptop.

Thanks in advance! I hope someone around can help me with this issue.

I think this the manufacture: LiteOn and I think you have a M.2 blade SSD which is in a carrier which is fitted into your system. Some people tried doing this to get a bigger SSD as Apple at the time didn't offer one. It was a kludge of a solution which really was not to swift.

I would go to OWC to get the correct replacement SSD drive which is designed for your system. Get rid of this SSD & the carrier it is in.

Click on the URL link in Mayer's answer to get the correct SSD.

You didn't give your exact machine but assuming it is a 11,4, here are your third party options:

Yes! its a 11,4 model (sorry). But don't you think it will be more stable with an original SSD? thats why I would like to know the original model of the SSD installed in my laptop before the first owner decided to remove it.

The original Apple SSD was a custom made for them. It uses a slightly different physical connector system. It is a PCIe interface but unlike the SSD you had which was a two lane model Apple uses a 4 lane version. The person who you got the system from took the original SSD out and put this kludge drive in its place so he could sell the system.

Here is the specs for a system in your series: MacBook Pro 15" 2.2 GHz i7 (Mid-2015) if you jump down to the Standard Hard Drive The original Apple proprietary drives are wicked expensive as a spare! The drives you'll find on eBay tend to be the smaller used parts and are more likely the PCIe x2 Vs the newer PCIe x4 your system came with.
