Why my screen is blank with 4 LED lights on?

I recently replaced the power supply in my iMac 21.5" (2013-2014 model). The 4 LED's turn on the logic board and the fan and hardrive spin but the screen won't turn on. I've noticed that the LCD cable is kind of loose. Could the cable be the problem?
