Mobile does not TURN ON after KIES upgrade

Hi,

I have Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo (Model Code : GT-I9300I MBIXFE).

I used Samsung's KIES software to update the OS. At the last step, it said the phone will be rebooted. After that the phone never turned on.

The battery is working fine (tested in other similar mobile).

When I connect my mobile to the laptop, it gives a message that drivers are installing & after sometime, it fails.

I installed KIES on my laptop which installed SAMSUNG drivers but still it does not recognize.

I even tried to update the drivers for the USB from the Device Manger but nothing worked

Please let me know what needs to be done to fix it.
