I replaced the daughter board (cos volume up was broken), New screen with front housing, battery, charge port and back cover. So am I using an incompatible part I noticed the daughter board number was different to the original but this wasn't specified on the suppliers website. When I turn it on it goes into a boot loop, when I plug charger in the charge bolt icon come on and goes to boot loop the way I made it work was removing the flex cable which made it boot and then i have to plug it back in to make the power button work and SIM reader. I even tried putting the old board back and ldc but still the same? Only the charge port is left to test back.

I put my old parts back so I'm just going to refund it.

Please provide more detail to your question. It would be helpful to know what parts you replaced, which repair guides were followed, what issues you may have encountered during reassembly, etc.

Without more info, I'd say you're stuck with tearing down the phone again and double-checking all connections are seated correctly, that no wires have been pinched or shorted against the case or other internal parts.

Good luck,

_rs

"[I'm] using an incompatible part"

I think you answered your own question.

Are you able to get a hold of the correct part? That would seem the easiest solution to me.

I have the old part which I connected same problem so I'm not sure what it is.

@webuxr yes I tried it, turned it on without connecting just in case then connected flex cable and did a reboot and it worked until I tried to open the camera and it keep crashing and it froze so I forced it to shut down and went into a bootloop tried reflashing too but nothing. I was watching a reassemble video and in the comments someone had got a boot loop and turns out the camera copper was causing a short? So I don't if it is that because I have noticed the camera has a rubber thing to maybe hold it against the frame so I don't know what to do?

Well some sort of tape like kapton tape (yellow tape) or even double sided tape that isn't too thick is a good candidate to place over the missing grey foam / rubber thing?
