Modifying an iPhone 6?

My warranty has run out on my phone and I don't feel like buying a new phone. Is it technically possible to upgrade various components in my iPhone 6 to iPhone 6s components? For example, the A9 processor, both cameras, a new home button or a bigger memory size? I know the phones are super similar, so unless each components really isn't interchangable, I think I could upgrade for much cheaper than buying a new one.

you would end up spending more money on trying all those things. that hardware is only designed to work with their respective models due to firmware differences.

But couldn't i resolve those issues by manually installing the different firmware that enables those features?

and where would you acquire said firmware?

thwrightstuff, there would be no way to get only certain pieces of firmware. aside from the software end you also have differences in the physical aspects of the components. i repair phones everyday and know that even the smallest differences make parts incompatible.
