Can we replace Mother board of redmi 2s?

My Redmi 2S sussdenly stopped working and not switching On at all...

And service center people said mother board not working. I am not sure how they confirmed that. So my question is like if i change the mother board is that worthfull for a phone cost of 7000?

And my phone is just 1 year 2 months old, every other physical thing is fine.
