Can't read a word from list when enter settings.

I did not use smartwatch for longer period of time (10 weeks) battery died and watch was off for that time. I wanted to use it again and recharged battery to full. The watch start but time was wrong and watch was working slow. I have entered settings and there is no sentence or word I could read there. First line says "de bill y ou? de bill?" and any other line looks similar. I have done multiple resets soft and hard, even drain battery and recharge again. On my phone I have reinstall samsung gear and tried to connect to other phone. Nothing helped :(. No updates works either and it takes 15min if I want to change watchface. I managed to fix data and time by changing it on the phone few times.
