What should I do if touch is unresponsive due to water contact?

So I dropped my phone in the sink.. At first everything went black but I got calls and everything but couldn't see anything. I put it rice (even though I doubted it would help) and let it set outside. The display worked and I could see all my messages and calls scroll by. The wifi and carrier signals are there, through which I get my messages from apps such as Facebook Messenger. The speaker works as I hear calls and notifications. BUT, I cant touch it at all! Should I let it set, take it to clean (for water damage), or replace the digitizer/LCD in all (most expensive option?
