MacBook White screen is blank.

When I turn on the computer it starts up normally, but the screen is just blank.

Sometimes there are lines over the screen.

I have tried to hook it up to a monitor, and it worked perfectly fine, but the screen itself doesn't work.

It doesn't look like the screen is broken.
