Home screen settings frequently lost

About once every two or three days, the apps and layout of my home screen is lost and I get seemingly random set of widgets and apps displayed. Even stranger, trying to restore Home data with MyBackup Pro doesn't work with any of the backups I've made either local or rerware cloud.

Anyone seen this before or have a way to stop it?
