Can I glue my lifting screen back down after replacement?

So my screen had cracked, and with my warranty up, I decided to replace it myself with a digitizer I purchased off eBay for roughly $40. Replacement went fine, but now after about two days, the top portion and now sides of screen have begun to lift away from the frame, and a gap is widening between the glass and digitizer frame. Versus purchasing another digitizer assembly, or having Apple do it at an astronomical cost, I would like to just try and appy adhesive to the problem areas, and DIY it. What kind of adhesive would I use is really the only question that I would have. I figured superglue would become to brittle and eventually crumble under shock, but then hot glue does not hold well either. Ideally I need a glue that does not expand upon hardening, and maintains a strong hold between surfaces. If anyone knows of a store bought equivalent to Apple's adhesive, your knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

-Jonathan

How did you attached the lcd to touch screen? Or you just bought them together, preinsatlled?!

For connecting lcd part the repair shop uses a special glue called uv glue , they can be purchased online and they are very clear and bonding strong, you need a uv lamp to make it bond the part but you can use sunlight as a uv lamp too, but a lamp is better.(im not sure you really need uv to bond cause i didnt use this glue)

Hot glue will fail since its weak in small amounts , instant glue is good but if sth goes wrong you cant go back...(missing linement , white spots when dried)

Tips :you can use hair dryer before trying glue , warm up edges of screen , then press it down hard till it cools(press with a book)

- becareful about dust

-i dont warranty information ,do on your own risk ;)
