iPhone 6s plus glitch

when i rotate my iphone to left couple times, iphone 's home screen dock (bottom bar) flicker for a second sometimes.

i am not sure is this bug or my iphone has screen problem?

Kinda sounds like.. It's a display assembly issue. You could try backing up your phone, and restoring it, to rule out a software issue
