volume of Ear speaker is very low

I've an iPhone 6 with a very low earspeaker. I cleaned the mesh of the earspeaker. I changed the speaker and the flex cable (they worked perfectly on another iPhone 6), but it makes no difference. Still very low.

I've read somewhere that it might be a microphone issue for noise cancellation. but which one?

Any ideas or help?
