I have noticed that at the very bottom of my phone I have these lines and I think it's affecting my phone, sometimes it'll freeze or turn off completely. Is this a starting of a glitch? What should I do.

Your LCD is slowly failing you will eventually notice the lines get worse and worse and then the touch screen will start to act funny. I would get the screen replaced ASAP to avoid having it get worse

The display could of gone faulty. Is there any signs of physical damage on the phone? Or if the phone housing is bent?

No it's perfectly fine I just started to notice them.
