phone won't turn on!

Hello. I was just charging my phone blu 5.0 and i pressed the power button but it won't turn on so i remove the battery at put it on again. I pressed the power button to turn on but it won't turn on completely, it keeps on stopping on its sign 'BLU STUDIO'
