Freezing Screen, even after format

I'm getting this strange freezing problems (cant move my mouse or trackpad, but if i manage to play a video it will play fine) with my Macbook Pro 13 Retina (Mid 2014) even after formating my macbook (I tried with Capitan, Yosemite with/without security updates). The thing is that the macbook starts fine in safemode or if Its connected to an external display (tv/monitor).

I tried resetting the PRAM and SMC without any help, I also runned some Ethre Checks with all being OK... The next thing im about to do is Install Windows with Bootcamp, to see if the freezing continues. ill keep you posted with more information.

I don't think its the GPU because the machine works fine if its connected to a monitor.

UPDATE

I installed Windows 10 in Bootcamp and its unbelievable, the machine is working fine without any Freezes... What should I do? I installed once Capitan OSX and it froze... any suggestions?
