Unable to boot after upgrading from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2

How can I get my Blu Life XL to work again? It goes off and refuses to reboot. It only beeps and goes off continually while trying to load. This happened after I upgraded from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2

How can I undo the upgrade?
