I'm beginning to think you're overloaded on data. But it could be damage. First back up your phone on iTunes. Then put your phone into dfu mode. Then restore to a backup
To put your phone into dfu mode. While your phone is plugged into iTunes hold down the power and home button for ten seconds. Then release the power, while continuing to hold down the home button. iTunes should pop up a message, saying it has found a phone in recovery mode
