My phone screen is black.
I charged my phone it still wont turn on, when i plug it on the computer it pop up but i cant do anything to it. I did the hard reset ,nothing work.screen is black.

Can you try using a different charge cord if that doesn't help the next step is to replace the battery. If there's still no joy then the charging port is the next step
tear down shows how to get to battery and the charging port to replace
You may also want to try a force restart
