Screen messed up after replacing the screen

I replaced my iPad screen and now the display is all messed up. I'm wondering if I damaged something while replacing the screen. It's just blue lines. I can see the light moving but can't make anything out.

Sorry to say but this is most likely the LCD is damaged as it is very fragile and flexing of the LCD can cause it to break. The LCD has glue on the left and right side and sometimes the bottom of the LCD.
