"Mobile Network Not Available"

I just replaced the screen on my Motorola Droid Maxx XT1080, I can now send/rec both text and emails plus also surf the web. The problem I'm having is I cant receive or make calls. I get a pop up saying "Mobile Network Not Available".

I'm guessing something on the motherboard or the antenna area is my problem.

Anyone have any ideas or like issues?
