htc one x turn off

hi

I have htc one x with android revolution hd

the phone is rooted

the phone worked fine

but now I have a big problem : the phone turn off randomly without any error massages or something

even when I dont use my phone

I found in Some thread that I should back to stock rom actually I did it (with my NANDROID Backup ) but after 1 day I have the same problem he still turning off without any reason

The crazy thing is when I boot to bootloader (safe mode) the phone doesn't turn off I have no problem in safe mode he still on

But when go to recovery or to boot into the system the phone after 10 minutes turn off automatically no reason

and I try to use cm11 to see if the problem is from an app or system but no hope the phone turn off

but when he turn off I Leave it for 3 hours after that I Turn it on and it worked fine but when I want to connect to my wifi after 10 minutes he turn off the same thing if I run a game and the phone overheat

but now the phone doesnt turn on anymore even when i plugged in to charge i think this is a hardware issue

The question is that problem is a cpu issue or battery ? ??
