After you install new hard drive iBook G4

I have just installed a new internal hard drive and I want to re-install the system software and Mac OS etc. When it asks for the "destination volume", I do NOT see my "hard drive" to do a install? HELP ME !!

You may have to format it

From Tools->Disk Utility->Partition on the install disk.
