Replace iPhone 5s bluetooth wifi antenna

I am looking for a repair guide to replace a damaged iPhone 5s bluetooth/wifi antenna. The repair guides I have found don't go to the point of removing the antenna.

the wifi antenna is held in place with adhesive and one screw. easy enough to remove. you do need to remove the vibrator as well because it shares a screw with the antenna.
