TV isn't turning on

It's a Vizio E320i-A0. I've changed the power board, replaced a capacitor in the main board, and after noticing that one of the capacitors on the Powe board has a dent I replaced it again. Yet besides the heat of the boards, the TV is not showing any sign of power, not even the little led (power indicator) is turning on. I'm new to TVs, so I'm not familiar with the diagnosis process. Replacing the power board and spotting blown capacitors or burn marks is basically the limit of my current knowledge. All help is much appreciated!

Omran could be an EEPROM error. Have you checked the voltage on the 2-pn connector with Black and White wires to the socket on the LCD panel? You should be getting at least 24V. Also not sure if you just replaced the caps on your board or if you replaced the complete board.

How do I go about doing that?

I've replaced a cap on the main board and replaced the power board twice.

I've also added a picture of the TV.
