My iPhone's camera looks blurry and I don't know what to do

I cracked my Iphone's screen and some of the glass from the top are coming off. The glass of the screen from the front camera came off already and now the camera looks blurry. I tried cleaning it already but it still looks the same. Right now my phone is cracked and you can see the camera and even touch it but I don't (obviously). Of course I'm going to replace the screen but I don't know if I should replace the camera too. I'm thinking maybe the camera got scratched when the glass broke but I don't know a lot about Iphone's so maybe it gets like that when you take off the glass from it but I seriously don't know. So, should I replace just the screen and the problem would be fix with the glass screen or should I replace the camera and the screen?
