1 Why won’t my speaker turn on, the power cord is connected.
I connected the power cord to the speaker, but it still does not turn on.

Check to make sure there is a firm connection between the power outlet and the power cord as well as the power cord and the device. If this does not work, look at our troubleshooting page for more information.You may need to replace the logic board.
