Nikon P510 got wet menu items are not available

Nikon P510 got rain soaked. It will take photos but the menu button now does the same function as the delete button. When I try to select ant menu accessed by the PSAM and Scene and Effects dial, all I get is the delete function.

It takes perfect photos but I cant select any menu items including the shooting, setup, editing and other menus,

The macro , flash and timer button work OK.

I know the mother board is available as a spare part , but I may need more components..

Help???
