1 How do I restart the device?
My Flip is frozen and I don't know how to restart it.

First of all you can try to turn the device off and on by pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds. If this option doesn't work try to restart the device. To restart the device use the pin inserted in the hole inside the camera's tripod mount by pressing and holding the reset button for about five or more seconds.
