2 Why did the mouth suddenly stop opening?
My Zoomer dinosaur stops opening its mouth after a while. Why is that so?

Zoomer's mouth movements are controlled by a plastic gear system connected to a motor that is linked by wire to the device motherboard. If the mouth is not opening, the gears or motor may be broken or jammed with debris, or the motherboard may not be working.
