no power to front two buttons

I've looked up a few ways to fix this like the USB ports, taking it apart which I don't want to do, or check the power supply. Well my power supply box is green while plugged in fan is spinning like the consol is on but yet no power to front two buttons and no beep as others have heard with similar problems. I've tried turning it on with the controller of coarse and don't know what else to do
