Nikon D3200 Buttons not working

My Nikon D3200 menu, playback along with buttons 7-9 are not working. Literally nothing happens when I press these buttons. There is not a reset button on this camera. Looking for advice to help me fix this problem. Any suggestions?!?

The first way to fix this hardware issue is resetting. To reset you camera :

  1. Press [Menu] button.
  2. Select the “Shooting Menu”
  3. Scroll through the options until 'Reset Shooting Options' is highlighted.
  4. Press OK.
  5. Highlight 'Yes' and press OK again.
  6. Repeat this for the “Setup Menu”

If reset will not fix hardware issue then go to Nikon D3200 Manual for help.

my nikon d3200 Modes changing dial is Rotating flawlessly without changing any mode even that vibration of mode changing is also not there it is rotating like a a cap

there is no guide for replacing the button ribbon cable on here but you can follow this guide to access the ribbon cable and replace it..

hi

my camera is Nikon D3200.

In My camera Scroll Button doesn't work.

it may works when i hold AF Lock button.

can you fix this problem please.
