Why is my hard drive stop spinning
Hard Drive spins then stops after I plug in or even turn it on. Got a new battery in it and it hold a charge, but nothing happens. Screen works too.

iPod's with hard drives tend to spin down, when not loading anything, or the iPod is idle, my video's drive only spins at startup, or when loading a song, video, application, etc. try checking the hard drive connector cable, and drive, as for these can be bad. In a worst case scenario, the logic board might be bad.
