I Bought Myself A New Screen & Don't Want To Take It To Someone & Pay $100+ , I Also Don't Trust Myself Taking The Whole Phone Apart . Is Their Any Way I Could Just Pop The Screen Out With Out Taking The Phone Apart To Replace It ?

No, the phone must be disasembled correctly. If you really don't feel comfortable attempting the repair i would recomend taking it to a repair shop. There area a few cables easily damaged in the ZTE Max, and the button flex cables are adhered to the side of the mid plate, if you forget to remove them they will be damaged when removing the logic board.
